GNM1029 is a new type of physical foaming dielectric raw material, specialized for communication cable diameters from 0.8 to 22 mm. High expansion degree and good electrical properties are its main characteristics.

GNM1029 does not contain a nucleating agent so that a small amount has to be added during the extrusion process.

The above table is for reference only, the actual processing temperature should be based on the technical parameters of the extruder,through the gentle adjustment and practical operation to set.



In order to prevent the increase of the bubble hole in the extruder, the melting section should maintain the appropriate pressure, if the pressure is not enough, there will be large gaps and holes. The selection of the screen, the die core and the die sleeve are all the factors that influence the melt pressure.
