Performance characteristics: FT-271 thread locking agent single component, high strength, suitable for permanent locking and sealing of threads below M36. It is resistant to chemical corrosion, aging, and excellent performance. High strength, medium viscosity, no leakage. When disassembled, it can be removed by heating or the tool handle can be used to increase the torque disassembly.
Usage: Apply adhesive to clean and dry threaded surface during use and assemble according to normal method. Do not pour out the glue back to the original packaging, prohibit metal containers to store glue. Eye, skin contact glue carelessly, rinse immediately with water. Initial solid time 20-30 minutes, full solid time 24 hours.
Room temperature storage: FT-271 is suitable for assembly of factory assembly lines. The shelf life is one year.
