Matters needing attention
A. Don't break the cone bit gear when connecting and unloading the bit.
B. Keep the mud clean to prevent the bit from blocking the water hole, which may affect the use of the bit.
C. Control the speed of drilling down to prevent sudden resistance, so that the roller bit can play a better role.
D. keep the water on the two pumps intact.
E. Keep the bottom of the well clean and free of falling objects; install mud scraper or cover the wellhead with steel plate in both lifting and drilling; check the clamp tooth safety pin and wellhead tools frequently to prevent falling objects from the wellhead.
F. Pay attention to the drill bit to prevent slipping and stamping.
G. Timely adjust drilling parameters in case of drilling bit or jumping.
H. Drill the cone bit to the bottom, circulate for about 10 minutes, drill 0.5 meters with 1-2 tons, and slowly pressurize to drill with 6-tons.The drill is sent evenly to prevent the tooth from being damaged suddenly.
