Clean Room Constructing Material: EPS Steel Sandwich Panel
 

Sandwich Panel, in China, it is more widely named as Coated Light Steel Panel, is a new kind of contructing material for buildings. Because of its' specifications, it is suitable for use as building walls and suspended ceiling material, and is widely used for cleanroom industries.

A Sandwich Panel comprises a core of thermoinsulating material, skinned on both sides with sheet metal.

Classify by surface metal sheets, sandwich panels can be classified as Coated Steel Sheets Sandwich Panels, Stainless Steel Sheets Sandwich Panels, Aluminium Sheets Sandwich Panels, etc.

And the most widely used core materials are EPS (Expanded Polystrene), PU (Polyurethane), Rockwool, MgO (Magnesium Oxide)  mixing glass fiber concrete grid.

Because of its good cost, light and thermal insulating performance, the EPS Coated Steel Sandwich Panels are widely used in the medical and industrial cleanroom industry, especially for temporary building rooms (no more than 10 years service life).

Because 50mm thickness sandwich panels are widely used for cleanroom walls and ceilings, there are many standard models of Aluminum Alloy Profiles for them.
