Structural components

This product is composed of high-voltage current and electric tar catcher body.the former USES high-voltage dc power supply for various forms of electrostatic deposition,while the latter mainly USES FD honeycomb type and WESP wet type in structure.the bodies of several structures are mainly composed of a cylinder,a discharge electrode(corona electrode)and a collector(precipitation electrode).

The working principle of

The negative high voltage generated by the HVDC power supply is connected to the corona pole(cathode),and an electric field is generated between it and the Yin and Yang poles.at this point ,the gas flowing through the electric field area ionizes,producing a large number of ions and electrons.strong electromagnetic wind can be heard around,dark light when the purple corona can be seen.particles such as tar,dust and water mist in electric field gas are charged by combining with ions or electrons and move towards the poles under the action of electric field force.because the electron mass is small,the movement speed is fast,the spatial distribution is wide,therefore mainly is the negative charge particle to the precipitation pole movement.after neutralization on the precipitation plate,the residual electrostatic attraction and intermolecular cohesion are first absorbed to the precipitation pole,and then fall down along the plate by their own gravity and discharge through the tar outlet.
