The ZJ series slurry pumps are suitable for handling abrasive and corrosive solids bearing slurry with maximum concentrations of wt.45% (ash) and wt.60%(ore). They are widely used in power, metallurgical, mining, coal and building materials sector. The ZJ series slurry pumps have been identified as the ministry class new products and the province class energy-, saving products.

This series of products are designed as a single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal slurry pump. The horizontal pump is divided into 350mm, 300mm,  250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm, etc. according to the outlet diameter; each type of diameter pump has different impeller diameters to choose according to the head.

The series of slurry pumps are innovative in hydraulic design and structural design. The over-current components are made of self-developed anti-abrasion high-chromium wear-resistant alloy.

Scope of application:
ZJ series slurry pump is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry, etc. It is mainly used to transport abrasive slurry containing solid particles, such as concentrating plant processing concentrate tailings, power plant ash removal The coal preparation plant transports the slime and heavy medium coal, and the coastal river mining operation transports the slurry.
