Appearance:

Phlogopite Mica Commonly in yellowish-brown or reddish-brown, some in greyish-green color.

Luster:

Vitreous luster. Its cleavage plane has nacreous luster or submetallic luster.

Monoclinic crystal, pseudo-hexagonal crystalline or short cylindrical model.
