Reinforced TPO waterproof membrane

Description

TPO (Thermoplastic  polyolefin)Waterproof membrane is a type of polymer waterproof material based on polypropylene(PP) and rubber. It is recycling throughout its service life(from its production till the end of its service life). There is no chlorine, heavy metal, no elements harmful to the plant root system and it is eco-friendly.

Features

1. Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, tensile strength and elongation.

2. Operation can be done on wet substrate. Directly expose to the weather conditions without any protective layer. Simple construction. No contamination.

3. Repeat welding is possible.

4. White color TPO to increase reflection of run rays.

5. Ability of resisting the growth of mould and alga.

Application

Mainly applied to the roof waterproofing construction of industrial, civil and public buildings.

1. Membrane reinforced with mesh(TPO-P) is applied to to the single ply roof waterproof system by mechanical fastening.

2.Membrane with underlying layer of fabric(TPO-L) is applied to the concrete substrate by full adhesion waterproof system.

3. Homogeneous membrane(TPO-H) is  applied to the flashing area.

Technical Data

Storage & Transportation

Different types and sizes of materials shall be stored separately, keep in sequence and avoid mess; Store materials in dry and ventilated condition, protect from sunshine, rain or other extreme environment; Storage temperature shall be less than 45ºC, the max height of stack is 5 layers. Prevent squeezing against membranes during transit, provide cover on top if necessary.
