Sayan-uul.llc locates in Ulaanbaatar of Mongolia, which environment  is pollution-free, and the livestock are growing on the grassland. The meat is natural which taste and quality are much better than other areas. Our company has three meat processing plants in Ulaanbaatar and the east and west of Mongolia with advanced equipment, standard slaughtering processing, good hygienic environment. The factory has the HACCP & HALAL certification of frozen mutton, frozen beef, and the AAA export certification of Mongolia.

Mongolian grassland healthy cattle (3-6 years old) and goat/sheep (1-2 years old) are selected for frozen goat carcass, frozen beef and mutton. They are slaughtered on the assembly line, boned, and eviscerated by workers and processed according to customers' technology, and other requirements.
