Hongyuan bearing is specialized at producing YRT Rotary table bearings and Crossed roller bearings since year 2005. Our main products are YRT series rotary table bearings and crossed roller bearings,with precision of P5,P4,or P2, which outer ring diameter ranges between Ø50mm-Ø1800mm.Our rotary table bearings cover YRT basis series, YRTS high rotational speed axial radial bearings, YRTM rotary bearing with angle measuring system,and ZKLDF double direction axial angular contact ball bearings. Our crossed roller bearings cover RB series, RE series, RU series, RA SERIES, CRBH series, SX series, XR series crossed taper roller bearings. With Hongyuan’s talented staff and modernized management system, the company is qualified by ISO9001:2015 Certification. Most of our facilities and high precision machines are imported from Germany or adjusted by ourselves. 50% of productions are for export market in Europe, North America and others, the YRT bearing from hongyuan has 70% marketing share in China.
YRT basic rotary table bearings are designed with a radial full roller, two groups of axial needle roller, cage assembly, an out ring, an L-section inner and the second ring. The out ring and inner ring have fixing holes, so the bolt can fix the bearings directly. YRT rotary table bearing structure can bear double-direction axial load, radial load and tilting moment. This series bearing have preload before leaving factory, no need to adjust clearance when installed. This series bearing is particularly suitable for the situation of high precision, high stiffness, low speed, and short rotate period such as rotary table, index heads and revolving milling heads.
