Refined dismantling of used power batteries - lug cutting machine

Brief description of equipment action:
1. The tray with the lug cells to be cut is automatically transferred to the lug cutting machine by the AGV;
2. The robot takes out the cores from the tray and puts them into the lug cutting module to cut the lugs;
3. After the lug cutting is completed, the robot puts the cut cores back into the tray;
4. When the cutting of the cores in the tray is completed, the translation module automatically places the entire tray into the finished goods receiving area;
5. The cycle moves to complete the cutting of the stack of lugs
6. By means of a belt, some pallets are again transferred to the left side of the AGV, while the semi-finished pallets on the right side are transferred to the lug cutting machine;
7. The cycle continues as above
