1.aluminum radiator welding machine is used to complete the automatic welding of longitudinal seam of radiator. The welding torch needs to move along the seam path.

2.MIG welding with wire feeder. 

3.Radiator is positioned by fixture. After welding first 2 seams of one side, manually turn over radiator and weld the other side. Welding system can save 50 programs. Recall the program and directly start welding.

4.PLC to control the whole machine operation. Through human-machine interface to modify parameters, such as welding speed, welding length, stay time, etc. All these parameters can be stored and recalled.

5.With oscillator.

6.Laser light is used to straighten welding line.
