About EVA

 

EVA is the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. The weight percent vinyl acetate usually varies from 10 to 40%, with the remainder being ethylene.

 

EVA has little or no odor and is competitive with rubber and vinyl products in many electrical applications.

Application scope: LDPE, LLDPE,PE,EVA, ect.Our EVA masterbatch is specially for EVA&MD,EVA slipper,EVA mid-sole,3D material jetting,soles for beach sandals, slippers, sports shoes,solid tires for baby carriages dyeing etc.Also for injection molding,blow molding,extrusion molding,blow film,foaming plastic,blowing film,cast film, sheet and pipe,wire drawing,foam blowing etc dyeing,as well as applicable to coloring with various blowing bottle,blowingbucket in packaging industry.

4)Waterproof: Closed foam pole structure, non-water absorption, moistureproof, perfect water-tolerant.

6)Workability: Without joint, easy to hot-press, clipping, glueing, fit.

7)Shockproof: Rebound elasticity and high tensile strength, high toughness, good shock / buffer performance.

8)Heat preservation: Thermal insulation, protection against low temperatures and low temperature performance is perfect, resistant to cold and exposure.

9)Sound insulation: Closed foam, sound insulation effect is good.
