Structural composition
• Hydraulic system: core component, providing stable pressure for hot stamping. It is composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve, etc. The hydraulic pump generates high-pressure oil, and controls the oil flow to the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic valve to drive the hot stamping plate to move up and down to achieve hot stamping.

• Hot stamping plate: Contact with the surface of the plastic turnover box to complete hot stamping. It is usually made of copper or aluminum and other materials with good thermal conductivity and smooth surface to ensure that the hot stamping pattern is complete and clear.

• Control system: PLC or single-chip microcomputer control, with touch screen operation interface, can realize accurate setting and automatic control of hot stamping temperature, pressure, time and other parameters, and also has functions such as fault alarm and production data statistics.

Working principle

Place the plastic turnover box on the workbench, fix the position through the positioning device, the control system starts the heating device to heat the hot stamping plate to the set temperature, the hydraulic system drives the hot stamping plate to press down, so that the hot stamping plate is in close contact with the electrochemical aluminum foil placed on the turnover box. Under certain pressure and temperature, the hot melt resin layer and adhesive on the electrochemical aluminum foil melt, and the aluminum layer is transferred to the surface of the turnover box to form a hot stamping pattern or text. After the hot stamping is completed, the hydraulic system drives the hot stamping plate to rise, and the turnover box can be taken out.
