1.        The whole device is welded with steel pipes, and the surface is treated by phosphating and plastic spraying, which has good structural rigidity. In order to facilitate teaching, the main components of the lift are made of transparent organic materials (including: speed governor, car, landing door and hall elevation, car door, machine room floor, guide rail bracket...).  In order to make the lift operation, control more precise, reliable and lifelike, complete with aluminum alloy car counterweight guide rail, car door motor guide rail and landing door guide rail  

2.        The electrical control system of the lift adopts PLC and AC inverter speed control, and its hardware structure and functions are exactly the same as the actual elevator. It has functions such as automatic leveling, automatic door closing, ordinal response to call signals from inside and outside the car, direct driving, lift safety operation protection, as well as elevator emergency stop, slow up, slow down, lighting, fan and other functions, featured with reliable performance, stable operation, simple operation, low energy consumption.Especially suitable for teaching.

3.        The frequency converter is used as the speed regulating device of the three-phase AC traction motor. The device adopts voltage vector control mode, and able to control the motor in multi way, like acceleration and deceleration control, forward and reverse control, jog control and control based on analog input . Meanwhile, it can also protect the motor from phase failure, phase loss, phase sequence disorder, over-voltage, under voltage, over-current, overload and stall.

4.        The logic control of the lift system is completed by PLC. Through the communication interface on the host computer, the communication between PLC and PC can be realized. Complete with programming software, allow user use the  ladder diagram to program and debug on the PC, which is intuitive and easy to learn
