*A PC certificate is issued, and the certificate is valid for 1 year.
The second stage: SCOC certificate (inspection certificate)

*The importer submits the SCOC application to the SABER system;
*The issuing authority confirms the validity of the PC certificate;
*Pay the SCOC certification fee;
*The SCOC certificate is issued, which is only for the imported goods of this batch.
