5XT(F)C series Maize Dehulling and Screen Cleaning Machine

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Green Torch 5XT(F)C series combined maize thresher and air screen cleaner is designed by combining threshing machinery and seed cleaning machinery.

Threshed corn seed from whole corn, then air sorting cleaning, screen cleaning, to select our light impurities, big & small impurities, by changing screens will suitable for different grains.

This machine have the following three main systems: 

1. The threshing machine threshed the maize(corn) seed from whole maize. 

2. in the air dust cleaning system, it makes full use of the principle of wind sorting , can effectively separate straws awns, dust and other kinds of light impurities

3. In the screen cleaning system, it will sift our the big size and small size impurities according to the seed geometry size (length, width, thickness). the screen sifter can be two layers or three layers depend on needing, can grading the materials to 2-3levels depend on size. 

The machine consists of six major groups: corn thresher, bucket elevator, air dust cleaning system,  screening sifter, electric control system and Traveling chassis. It is an ideal seed processing and grain cleaning equipment.
