Order quantity problem:

If you are start your own brand of injections? start up pharma companines is not easy. 

There is MOQ for most of products. 

As for ampoules, small batches with different dimensions, it will take several hours to adjust huge machine to produce small orders. normal MOQ is 500,000pcs, which is 5days production capacity of one machine. 

While, I can make it 100,000pcs MOQ, welcome to communicate. 

 

Printing colors problem:

Would you like to print different colors on your ampoules please?

while the ink going to heat oven during ampoules production, which will make color changes. and high effiency machine make it hard to adjust colors from batch to batch,

especially small batches.

Glass dimension problem:

Have you ever face problem of production line jam? 

Have you checked the dimension of glass ampoules please? 

Many other ampoule manufacturers supply in big dimension differences. Which lead to injection filling machine chokes, but we have launched on-line-inspection so as to

 prevent such bad consequence. Because the on-line-inspection system identify ampoules measurements by camera. 

With my on-line camera inspection system, each and every ampoules been checked by cameras to make sure dimensions are comply with dimension tolarance. 

the ones not comply with dimensions will be kick out to trash bin.
