Watch winders are useful for an “automatic” or “self-winding” watch; A quartz watch does not need a watch winder.

Model I:Stop; Model II: Clockwise for 2 minutes, stop for 6 minutes; Repeat; Model III: Counterclockwise for 2 minutes, stop for 6 minutes, repeat; Model IV: Clockwise for 2 minutes, stop for 6 minutes, counterclockwise for 2 minutes, stop for 6 minutes, repeat.
