The Guidance System is easy to use, with precise position and orientation, which can shorten the procedure time to implant the posterior column screws. The Guidance System is applicable for primary hospitals.
Two surfaces of the guide template shall separately attach closely to the pelvic brim and quadrilateral surface, the posterior end of the guide template shall attach closely to the sacroiliac joint.
Reduce anatomically the posterior column in all efforts, as the clinical effects would be affected directly if the reduction were not achieved well.
Guidance template technically improved is more stable in positioning, with additional function in reduction of the posterior column, which leads to easier reduction.
