>LED optics design

Gathering optical requests from customer: LED type, lenses size, beam angle, material(or drawings), optical engineer will evaluate and prepare the design report.

Lead time: 7 working days

 

>Soft tool and test

Mold engineer will proceed with soft tool to check the optical performance after customer confirmed the design report. If the result is good, send prototype samples to customer.

Lead time: 7 working days

 

>Hard tool and final confirmation

Proceed with official mold tooling after prototype samples is confirmed.

Offer 30-50pcs samples to make a final confirmation for the bulk order.

Lead time: 25 working days

 

>Lens production

Lead time: Within 10 working days, but also depends on the product injection cycle.
