2) Unwinding tension is controlled by an automatic tension controller from Japan Mitsubishi.
3) Each printing unit adopts 360°for registration.
4) Each printing unit have one IR dryer
5) The rubber roller can break away automatically while parking, and run at a low speed in order to avoid ink being dry.
6) The main motor is adopted as the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion.
7) Unwinding, web guiding, printing, IR drying, and punching can be finished in one process

One year. During this period, any parts damaged caused by machine-self, the seller will repair/replace the spare parts for free. After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. The machine service is all around the machine life.

Q5. What About The Machine Installation And Training?
If the customer requests, we will send our technician to install and train operation. Buyer bears 100USD allowance per day, tickets, accommodation, food

Q6.What Are The Terms Of Payment?

By 100%T/T, 30% of deposits should be paid in advance, then 70% of balance should be paid before shipment . or IL/C at sight, both are ok.
