Introduction of Saw Grit Diamond

Our Saw Grit products contains a few different qualities in sizes 18/20 US mesh to 70/80 US mesh, providing a full range of Industrial Diamonds for your specific application. The many uses include cutting and coring concrete, marble and granite and stone materials.

The different qualities range from Ultra high-strength, high-thermal stability to Low-strength, low-thermal stability.

Synthetic Diamond Grit Powder: S700

The highest toughness, Excellent Cube-octahedron shape, high transparency, the highest impact resistance, and perfect thermal stability.

Application of diamond grit powder: sawing, cutting, drilling and grinding hard stones and construction material.

Synthetic Diamond Grit Powder: S600

Higher toughness, relatively good Cube-octahedron shape, high transparency, high impact resistance, and high thermal stability.

Application of diamond grit powder: cutting, drilling and grinding hard material.

Synthetic Diamond Grit Powder: S500

High toughness, Blocky crystal shape, high transparency, relatively high impact resistance, and relatively high thermal stability.

Application of diamond grit powder: sawing tools and geological tools.

Synthetic Diamond Grit Powder: S400

Medium-high toughness, Medium blocky shape, medium-high impact resistance, and medium-high thermal stability.

Application of diamond grit powder: cutting tools and grinding tools with a medium load.

Synthetic Diamond Grit Powder: S300

Medium toughness, semi-blocky shape,  medium-low transparency, medium-low impact resistance, low thermal stability.

Application of diamond grit powder: cutting tools and grinding tools with a medium load.

Synthetic Diamond Grit Powder: S200

Medium low toughness, Comparatively regular shape, low transparency, low impact resistance, low thermal stability.

Application of diamond grit powder: cutting tools and grinding tools with the medium-low load.
