5．Performances & Purpose:

904L is a non-stabilized low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel. The addition of copper to this grade gives it greatly improved resistance to strong reducing acids, particularly sulphuric acid. It is also highly resistance to chloride attack- both pitting /crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The low carbon is in favor of pressure vessel welding and complex parts processing. Widely used in flue gas purification equipment; fertilizer production; acid industry; power generation equipment and gas corrosive environment.

254SMo is a high performance austenitic stainless steel, good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, good ductility and excellent weldability, it’s mechanical strength is higher than other kinds of austenitic stainless steel. Widely used in flue gas cleaning, process equipment in chemical industry, bleaching equipment in the pulp and paper industry.

253MA has good high temperature oxidation resistance, has very good resistance to thermal deformation ability in high temperature and rapid cycle temperature change condition, good oxidation resistance and thermal deformation comprehensive abilities. Mainly used for plank production.

XM-19 is used for petrochemical, textile, food processing, and ocean industries, etc.
