The raw materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed valve, and are impacted by the impact hammer, resulting in strong collision, friction and shear to achieve ultra-fine crushing. The comminuted materials enter the classification chamber with the rising of air flow. The materials that meet the particle size requirements enter the collection system through the impeller classification. The particles that do not meet the particle size requirements return to the grinding chamber for further comminution. The whole production process is fully closed and continuous operation without dust pollution.

2. The production capacity is large, the feed particle size is about 5 rings, and the product particle size D97 can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 7-150um.

3. Generally, it is suitable for materials with Mohr hardness below grade 4, and special wear-resistant materials can be used for materials with 7 grades of Mohr hardness.
