HDC pneumatic friction clutch is also called NAC pneumatic clutch, it is used to connect motor part and driven load part, so as to delivery power from motor part to driven load part. In this way, it is not only save energy, but also protect the environment in a certain degree.

There are some models of this NAC pneumatic friction clutch, including NAC-2, NAC-5, NAC-10, NAC-20, NAC-40, NAC-60. Their transmission clutch torque is from 26N.m to 590N.m as needed.

This NAC pneumatic friction clutch is suitable for shaft and shaft installation, shaft and pulley, V-belt, chain ectopic connection. There are some instruction of it for your reference:

1) Precaution to install clutch
When install clutch onto shaft or install V-belt pulley, chain wheel onto rotating disc, please don’t hit clutch excessively. The gap between disc and friction plate should be between 0.5~ 0.8 mm.
2) Connect rotation
Air chamber and piston will be caused connect rotation by bearing, equipped air pressure pipe(oil pressure rubber hose) with joint can prevent it happening. 
3) Bearing lubrication
The trust ball bearing should be lubricated periodically. The period is between 1 to 6 months depends on the working condition. The other bearings are sealed, there is no need to supply.
4) Installation size
Try to make sure the distance between axial center part of V-belt pulley or chain wheel and end face is during allowable range. When install clutch onto shaft end, the minimum length of shaft which inserted into inner surface of hub.
