CS-320 High-frequency infrared carbon/ sulfur analyzer adopts high-frequency combustion and infrared detection technology to analyze the content of carbon and sulfur in inorganic materials. Detection limit: carbon up to 100.00%, sulfur up to 100.00%. The CS-320 can be used in all metal and non-metal production and processing industries and meets laboratory-level requirements from enterprise and academic research.

Specifications

Function Principle：

CS-320 Polar adopts high-frequency furnace heating, infrared absorption detection systems. The samples are heated in oxygen condition, causing carbon and sulfur in the sample to react to CO2 and SO2. At the same time, trace CO is generated. The generated oxide is purified or catalyzed and passes into the infrared detection system. Using CO2 and SO2 at 4.26mm and 7.4mm, where there is a strong characteristic absorption band, the absorbed infrared light intensity is measured to calculate the percentage of carbon and sulfur elements in samples.
