Invitech is a professional manufacturer of precision metal stamping and metal insert molding. Our core technology team specializes in precision progressive die stamping and metal insert molding for more than 30 years.

Our company is located in Zhejiang Province southeast of China, 2 hours drive from Shanghai and 30 minutes drive from Hangzhou. We have hundreds of precision punching machines, injection machines and automation equipment.

To ensure the highest precision and accuracy of mass production parts, all of our progressive dies and injection molds are developed, produced and used in production by our own team. In addition, we have set up an automation team to independently develop assembly automation equipment to achieve full automation and maximum efficiency of the production process. Therefore, our team has accumulated rich experience of precision mold technology in the past decades, which also laid the foundation for excellent quality of our products to meet the global customers’ requirements.

Precision stamping parts:

We use progressive tools to do the stamping work,high volumes and precision manufacturing are its characteristics.

We work with stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper and other metal materials.

We use high-speed presses with punching speed from 800 to 1200 strokes per minute.

Processing range:

Material thickness: 0.1-2.0mm
