Features of Flat Drip Tape Line:

This line adopts computer centralized control, as leasing to stable function, convenient operation and continuous production.
Drippers feeding, selection and transference are conducted continuously and synchronously. Transferring speed is adjusted according to production speed of the tape. And it can be ensured that drippers can be transferred to the bonding place of drip tape accurately and then be bonded firmly.

The unique structure, special material and advanced function of screws, die head, and cylinder of the extruders can make raw materials be extruded and plasticized evenly，with pipe-wall and pipe diameter kept smooth and unchanged.

The vacuum water tank and cooling water tank is made of stainless steel. The vacuum in water tank can be adjusted flexibly and accurately, and can be kept stable.

It adopts two-wheel reeling unit controlled by frequency-variable technology so that reeling speed is steady and can be adjusted synchronously according to production speed.
