Yes, we work on OEM, ODM order. Pls send the details to our sales to discuss it.

Q4. How about the payment terms?
A: TT / Credit Card
30% as deposit,70% balance before delivery;
100% in advance for sample order or wholesale order (goods in stock)
Q5 How about the price? Can you make it cheaper? When can we get it?
The price depends on your demand (like quantity, accessories) Best quotation after receiving full description of the item you want and your destination port ,We'll offer you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

Q6. What about the lead time?
Goods in stock: 3 days after 100% payment.
With our brand: 3-30 days after 30% deposit
Customized brand: 30-45 days after 30% deposit

Q9. How to control the quality?

We always concentrate on quality control to ensure excellent quality. Each piano should be checked four times by different QC. 1st after back frame is completed. 2nd after piano shell painted. 3rd after piano assembled. 4th final complete inspection before packing.
Q10. WARRANTY
All our pianos have one year warranty, ten years guarantee for quality.

If some parts broken in the future, we'll solve the problem according to the situation and ship the parts to our clients. 

So far we have not recieved any complains from our clients in the world.

There are nine modern production lines at the piano factory. The total factory area is 3800 sqm with 120 skilled workers and 15 professional quality control technicians. In 2015, the factory built two automated production lines to make skeleton parts. Core parts like bridge cutting and tuning pin drilling are finished by CNC machines. Enhancing both quality and productivity and enabling us to reach a combined capacity of over 4350 grand and upright pianos per year.
