The WOQ system uses a condenser laser sensor and a host computer controlled by a CNC to perform high-speed measurement of the measured workpiece. Due to the superior performance of the condenser laser, it is basically not affected by the surface properties of the workpiece, including the reflectance of the workpiece. It can measure up to 85 degrees of the vertical plane, equipped with different specifications of objective lenses, can achieve different measurement accuracy, repeatability and measurement stroke.
