Clear 50 Shore A Platinum Cure RTV Silicone for Jewelry Molds is great to make molds either with simple or intricate patterns,like artificial jewelry, resin Jewelry, artificial necklace etc. 

Description:

Pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. Non-toxic, odorless, two-component liquid silicone rubber, are two-component materials. Resistance high temperature of 250℃, shrinkage rate lower than 0.1%.

Operation process:

A. Fix and clean. Fix the jewelry and make sure it is tight to avoid fluttering when bouring the silicone then clean it.

B. Make the frame. Use the card/plastic/wood board to make a frame or fix the jewelry in a tank. Then there is no need to make the frame.

C. Mix silicone. Weight two parts with 1:1 and stir evenly. Put mixture into vacuum machine for 3-5 mins.

D. Pouring. 20-30 mins working time, 3-5 hrs curing time. Then demoulding. (Can heat to fast the curing).
