STAINLES STEEL WIRE ROPE FERRULE MESH

The Ferrule Stainless Steel Wire Rope Mesh, also called saleeve wire rope mesh feature wire ropes that are constructed from parallel connections and reciprocally curved stainless steel ferrules.

-Structure : Assembled seamless rope ferrule with stainless steel wire rope.optimal stretch at 60 degree.AISI / SUS 316 stainless steel.

-Rope & Opening : Available 1mm,1.5mm,2mm, 3mm wire rope.Opening width (OW) from 20mm - 300mm.

-Mounting : Suitable edge/border finish. easily install on tension rope or tube frame directly.

-Customization : Custom nets for railing & balustrade infill, green wall trellis, safety net, fence, aviary bird netting, zoo animal enclosure etc.

The Zoo Wire Mesh is manufactured in the standard diameters 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm and 3.2mm. Mesh width of 25 to 200 mm (or bigger) are possible depending on cable diameter.
Rope Mesh is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel cables of material class 1.4401, AISI316.
Mesh connections (ferrules) are available in highly aesthetic stainless steel for premium applications or where resistance to corrosion is a driving consideration.
Finished diamond mesh style when it is stretched at 60 degree angle ;

The wire rope construction is 7 x 7 or 7 x 19. The standard mesh angle is 60°. All of the components are made from the AISI 304 or AISI 316 material group. The mesh construction can be pulled apart like an accordion, producing a spring force that varies depending on the mesh aperture and wire rope thickness. The Ferruled Mesh is a vibrant, premium-quality product : the mesh aperture ( variable, from very tight to very wide ) and the wire rope diameter ( 1.2mm,1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm ) determine its functionality and aesthetics. The Ferruled Mesh is mostly applied in architectural applications.
