Product Description

Zhengzhou Fengshi Technology Co.,Ltd. PCD wire-drawing die blanks have excellent toughness, and high thermal conductivity, wear resistance and hardness. They are used to make wire from copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other alloy materials. Their service life is 100 to 300 times longer than that of the old-fashioned hard alloy wire-drawing dies. Wire made with PCD diamond dies is very consistent, and fine in finish.

CXD Grade Diamond Die Blanks for Wire Drawing

CXD die blanks can be used for stainless steel, copper, aluminium, nickel and their alloys etc. CXD die blanks contains catalyst metal and are thermally stable to 650°C, and they are to be mounted at temperatures not exceeding 650°C. CXD DIE blanks are electrically conductive and can be drilled and shaped by EDM, laser and ultrasonic etc.

CDL Grade Diamond Die Blanks for Wire Drawing

CDL die blank is thermally stable up to 950°C in an inert or reducing atmosphere, and can be mounted at high temperature with high strength metal setting powders.

CDL is not electrically conductive and can be drilled and shaped by ultrasonic and laser etc, EDM not recommended. CDL die blank is recommended for high temperature tungsten and molybdenum wire drawing.
