Collecting Electrode of KULUN is a key component of KULUN technology. It has a 50mm rectangular tube on both sides. It has good strength and stiffness. In the middle is a plurality of straight flat plates (Grille style). The upper and lower parts of the middle are positioned and fixed with punched transverse deniers to ensure uniform and smooth air flow.
1. Increase of dust collection area: the absolute dust collection area of KULUN collecting electrode is 27.63% higher than that of conventional collecting electrode, and the relative dust collection area obtained by KULUN ESP combined with the structure of KULUN electrostatic precipitator will be about 38.45% higher than that of conventional flat electrostatic precipitator.
2. The rigidity of itself is better. KULUN collecting electrode is a frame structure assembled with rectangular tubes. Its thermal deformation resistance, bending resistance and mechanical strength are greatly improved compared with common C480z collectors. This is also the key to ensure the long-term stable operation of KULUN electric field.
3. The structure of the KULUN collecting electrode, is designed as a vertical free suspension. With the longer service time or higher temperature, it becomes more and more vertical to ensure better and better pole spacing, which is an important magic weapon for the long-term stability of the KULUN electric field.
