Product Features
JWXC-1700 type infinite relay (hereinafter referred to as relay) is used as a general relay in the signal circuit.
Features
1. The relay is a heavy elastic DC electromagnetic relay, which uses the principle of "constant gravity" to force the moving and closing contacts to open when the coil is de-energized.
2. It adopts silver-silver oxide contact, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.
3. The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and installs the stop piece at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit, prevent the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit from magnetization, and ensure the reliable fall of the relay.
4. The contact system is composed of ordinary contacts, with eight groups of common contacts for switching on and off.
5. The rated voltage of the relay is DC 24V.
Applicable environment
The applicable environment of the relay is:
a) Ambient temperature: -40℃~+60℃;
b) Relative humidity: not more than 90% (temperature +25℃);

Insulation withstand voltage
Under the standard atmospheric conditions of the test, the absolute resistance of the relay should not be less than 100MQ.
Under the condition that the air pressure is not less than 86kPa (equivalent to the altitude below 1000m), the insulation withstand voltage of the relay should be able to withstand AC sine wave 50Hz,
2000V rms voltage, there should be no breakdown flashover after 1 min, and the voltage during repeated test should be 75% of the original test voltage.

Structural characteristics
Infinite relay is the typical structure of AX series relay, which is composed of electromagnetic system and contact system. The electromagnetic system includes coils, iron cores, vehicle irons and armatures. The coil is installed horizontally on the iron core, and is divided into a front coil and a back coil. The use of dual coils is to enhance the flexibility and flexibility of the control circuit, which can be controlled by a single coil or a series of double coils according to the circuit needs. Faults and troubleshooting methods
The analysis and elimination methods of the relay contact without output are as follows:
(1) Make sure that the relay and socket should be reliably pl ed in;
(2) Check that the relay should not be mechanically blocked. If foreign matter in the relay blocks the armature, the armature cannot work reliably (forward rotation) or release (reverse rotation), and the contacts cannot be reliably contacted;
(3) Check that there should be no foreign matter between the contacts, there is foreign matter between the contacts, and the contacts cannot be reliably contacted;
(4) Check that the contact resistance of the relay contact should not be too large.

Installation method

Requirements for testing measuring tools, meters, and power supply
1) The accuracy of the measuring tool for measuring the shape and installation dimensions should not be less than 0.05mm; the accuracy of the feeler gauge should not be less than level 2; the measurement error of the force measurement should not be greater than 2%.
2) The accuracy of the DC voltmeter and ammeter used for testing should not be less than class 0.5, and the accuracy of the AC (50Hz) voltmeter and ammeter should not be less than class 1.
3) The power supply voltage should remain stable, and its fluctuation range should not exceed 5%. The DC power supply should be a DC generator, battery or AC full-wave rectifier power supply (except for special regulations, the ripple factor should not be greater than 5%). The waveform of the AC power supply should be a sine wave with a frequency of 50 Hz.
