Product description

Or stainless steel coil elements or hot-rolled pickling rods are made into cold refined rods through cold drawing, including round rods and various special-shaped rods. Cold refining rod:
The precision, straightness and surface of cold precision bar are good, and the material cleanliness and safety are good. It can be designed into various soft and hard material products according to customer needs, which are mainly used in the processing of automatic lathes and shaft parts. The size range is 2.5-65 mm.
Cold refined special-shaped rod:
Cold refined special-shaped rods include quadrangular and hexagonal rods. Hexagonal bar, the size range is h2.00-27.00mm, and quadrangular bar is 1.00 * 1.00-40 * 40MM.
Product process
Hot rolling process:
Stainless steel small billet / flat billet / ingot → heating furnace → roughing mill → medium mill → finishing mill → hot rolled straight bar → annealing → straightening → peeling and calendering → peeling bar
Cold pumping process:
Stainless steel disc → coating → cold drawing → cold drawing rod → centerless grinding rod
→ special shaped bar (hexagonal bar, quadrangular bar and oblate bar)
Cold refined special-shaped rod:
Peeling rod → mouth fitting → sand blasting → film → cold drawing → straightening → polishing → cold refining special-shaped rod (hexagonal rod, quadrangular rod and oblate rod)
