Product Description

The acid stain series is a water-soluble environmentally-friendly high-permeability coloring material applied to concrete surfaces. Products include two series of acid colorants and sealants.

 

Acid colirants: This high-tech nanometer agent reacts with concrete going through ion exchanging to form inorganic color rendering product, which is stable in property with concrete as a whole structure. It is also waterproof and Uv-resisting, anti-aging and color preserving. The color shows naturally and for a long period.

 

Sealing Protectant: Provides enhanced penetration protection for concrete surfaces. It can prevent wear under dry and wet conditions, block water and UV rays, resist carbonization, acid and alkali resistance, good slip resistance and high gloss.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE (Treatment and process)

 

Concrete surface treatment

1. Clean the base surface garbage, ash layer, oil stains, screws, loose layers, etc.

2. Patching seams, pits, holes, and cracks.

3. Polish the ground to make the ground leveling hardness and roughness suitable. If necessary, use a sealing curing agent for hard treatment.

 

Apply acid stain

According to the effect that needs to be achieved, the concentration of the acid colorant is controlled (the ratio of product to water is 1:1 to 1:4).

With one or more times of monochrome ,multiple colors are superimposed or a mixture of multiple colors, which are applied by a suitable method (spraying/rolling), then make sure the coloring time 1-24 hours.

 

Apply neutralizing agent

The acid colored cleaning agent was sprayed on the ground with a full plastic sprayer to neutralize the excess acid colorant after the reaction.

 

Wash clean

After half an hour of neutralization, clean and dry with a white mat (nano cement base) or a black mat (a concrete base).

 

Apply curing agent

 

 

 

 

 

Product applicable  place

 

This product is a weakly acidic aqueous solution, suitable for grounding treatment of cement components, cement self-leveling, concrete floors, nano-cement, etc., such as: gardens, squares, pedestrian streets, parking lots, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, homes, villas and a public place.
