Introduction:

FUT design T bars is a ceiling keel that has become popular in recent years, the cross through appearance makes it look like more elegant. It is a groove type ceiling tee formed by cold bending multi-roll rolling of prepainted galvanized steel strip, which does not need composite rolling of galvanized strip material. The pre-painted steel strip is made of steel coil, first zinc coated, and then paint two colors on both sides. It can make the products have two different colors, which has the effect of clear contrasting color, three dimensional lines, precise size, and tight matching.

EVER-SHINE BUILDING MATERIALS Installation Steps:

1. Determine the requirement ceiling level, mark the position and fix wall angle on the wall

2. Hang main tee with T-bar suspension hook

3. Insert cross tee to the main tee

4. Cross tee adjacent to wall angle light fittings

5. Adjust the levels and alignments throughout the entire grid system accurately

 6. Install PVC gypsum ceiling tile, mineral fiber board, and pvc ceiling panel.
