The balanced corrugated compensator uses the force-bearing member (large tie rod or tongue tube) to withstand the internal pressure thrust, so the pipe system only needs to be fixed in the middle. This type of straight pipe compensator can only absorb axial displacement. The pressure-balanced expansion joint is a bellows structure, which is composed of a balanced corrugated compensator and a compensation bellows. The pressure of the corrugated compensator is balanced by the pressure balance bellows, and the thrust of the compensator and the pipeline is relieved.
