FRP vessels can be divided

1. By shape:

Horizontal FRP Vessel

Horizontal FRP vessel, also called horizontal FRP tank, is a device composed of an impermeable and corrosion-resistant inner layer, a solid structural layer, an anti-aging outer layer, a head, a nozzle, and a saddle.

Flat Bottom FRP Vertical Vessel

Flat Bottom FRP Vertical Vessel is manufactured by Italian technology. The inner bladder is injection molded, and the resin content of the inner bladder resin layer is 95%. The lining resin content is 80%. The inner bladder of the tank adopts a syringe mold, the straight section of the tank body is seamlessly connected with the upper head, and the structural layer of the tank body is integrally wound. The storage tank has light weight, high strength, strong corrosion resistance and long service life.

2. By manufacturing method:

Shop vessel (within DN 4m), on site vessel (DN 4m - 25m), including FRP vessels combined with PVC, CPVC, PP, PE, PVDF, etc.

3. By application:

Chemical storage, reaction kettle, scrubbing tower, spray tower, food fermentation, ultrapure water

Characteristics of FRP Storage Tanks

1, light weight, high strength: relative density between 1.5 and 2.0, only carbon steel 1 / 4 to 1 / 5, but the tensile strength is close to or even more than carbon steel, and specific strength can compared with high-grade alloy steel.
