Special performance:
1. High impact strength: Compared to Nylon, PBT has a 230% higher impact strength.
2. Hydrolysis resistance: No formaldehyde precipitation, certified for water treatment safety by KTW and W270, non absorbent and non deformable. Maintain high tensile and impact strength under wet conditions, and have a high elongation.
3. Chemical resistance: Acid and alkali resistant, second only to PPS in chemical resistance.
4. Fuel resistance: After professional testing, POK has stronger fuel resistance than PA11 and PA12.
5. High barrier properties: Belongs to hydrocarbons. Through the permeability test of lead-free gasoline at @ 93 ℃ * 15 days, it is superior to PTFE and has a gas barrier comparable to EVOH.
6. Superior friction performance: The wear resistance of ordinary models is three times that of POM, with excellent low noise. The wear resistance of wear-resistant models is more than ten times that of POM, with almost no noise.
7. High energy production efficiency: High crystallinity polyketones help shorten the molding cycle. The production cycle is approximately two-fifths of PA66.
8. Green and environmentally friendly: synthesized from carbon monoxide, which is one of the main sources of atmospheric pollution; Free from harmful substances such as formaldehyde.
