  The company has also introduced physical and chemical testing facilities such as GS1000 vacuum direct reading spectrometer, high speed carbon and s analyzer, high speed computer three-way analyzer, digital ultrasonic flaw detector, multifunctional magnetic detector, lever universal strength testing machine, hammer system prototype and other tensile testing equipment from German OBLF company.  CAE software was used to simulate the casting process, which promoted the casting process to a new level.  The finished castings adopt arc gouging, CO2 shielded arc welding, sand blasting and other processes to ensure the appearance quality of steel castings and form a complete casting production base system.
