American hydraulic needle valve can not solve the problem of oil temperature rise, and AAK solved it at one time by changing the throttle area
Levi is from a Canadian hydraulic equipment manufacturing company. He has purchased hydraulic needle valvesfrom AAK for several years. We often have some discussion about hydraulic valves. In the second half of last year, they wanted to launch a new high-frequency four column hydraulic press, but the test was not successful. The hydraulic oil temperature is too high, resulting in unstable equipment running speed. Their engineers checked each circuit and found no problems. No abnormality was found in each hydraulic component, including the hydraulic needle valve. Levi contacted the original hydraulic component suppliers and did not receive any positive s estions. A week passed without any progress, and the boss was worried.

Although this batch of hydraulic needle valves was purchased from American manufacturer due to time constraint, some problems of the hydraulic needle valves in previous times were solved by AAK. AAK engineers found out the problem 1 day later according to the system schematic diagram, commissioning video and drawings of core hydraulic components provided by Levi. The probable reason is that the hydraulic needle valve has a problem. Levi doesn't believe it, because the hydraulic needle valves come from an American factory, they also tested the hydraulic needle valves separately, and there is no abnormality.
AAK can redesign the hydraulic needle valve and send samples within 3 weeks. If AAK hydraulic needle valve can not solve the running speed problem of the equipment, we will return the trial order fee. Levi thinks there is no risk. Maybe this is also hope. 3 weeks later, we sent out the trial order of 10 hydraulic needle valves. Their engineers replaced the original hydraulic needle valves, and the four column hydraulic press was continuously tested for 48h. Although the oil temperature was also high, the speed of equipment operation was stable and the equipment operated normally. Levi was surprised that AAK newly designed hydraulic needle valve was more awesome than their American manufacturer. Their engineers admired AAK for finding and solving problems.
Our customer in Belarus encountered similar problems last year, so our engineers quickly found the problem. The use frequency of this four column hydraulic press is twice as high as that of the normal one. The equipment works at high frequency for a short time, resulting in an increase in oil temperature and a decrease in oil viscosity. In this way, the flow of oil through the small hole of the hydraulic needle valve increases, which leads to a change in the originally set working speed and leads to the instability of the equipment. If the flow area of the orifice of the hydraulic needle valve is changed, the running speed of the equipment can be controlled by reducing the flow.
Many times, most of the problems encountered have been solved by someone, and the curative effect is good. We only need to find this person or these people. The most stupid behavior of a person is not willing to learn or use ready-made experience. AAK is willing to solve every problem of hydraulic valves and has accumulated a large number of cases.
