Coorbo2250 is a one-component epoxy conductive structure adhesive. It can be fully cured in about 120 minutes at a temperature of about 150 ° C. the curing time is shortened with the increase of curing temperature. It is suitable for metal, electroplating or chromate treated substrate, copper plate and aluminum plate. It has high adhesive strength and conductivity, and is resistant to long-term immersion in weak solvent ink, electrolyte and acetone.
