[Physical properties] This product is white needle-like crystal or crystalline powder; odorless, bitter taste; long exposure to air, there is a moisture-attracting
and turn light yellow. The product is very soluble in ethanol, chloroform, toluene, benzene, soluble in acetone, soluble in water, slightly soluble in hot water, petroleum ether.
It is slightly soluble in hot water and petroleum ether.
[Pharmacological effects]
1. Anti-cancer: It is effective against mouse Ehrlich ascites carcinoma in vitro and in vivo, and has a significant inhibitory effect on S180. The therapeutic index is high, about 1/30 and 1/60.
2. Toxicity; LD50 is 150mg/kg for mice and 125mg/kg for rats by intraperitoneal injection.
3. Clinical: It is used for the treatment of cervical cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer and gallbladder cancer, etc. It has certain efficacy.
