NYZX Resistive Level Switch Operating Principle
The NYZX series resistance rotary material level switch is the use of micro motor as a driving device, the drive shaft is connected with the clutch, when there is no contact with the material, the motor runs normally, when the blade contact with the material, the motor stops rotating, the detection device output a contact signal, at the same time cut off the power to stop rotating. When the material falls, the resistance of the blade disappears and the detection device returns to the original state by torsion spring. For different specific gravity material torque size can be adjusted.
