PCBA = PCB (gerber, PCB spec) + components assembly (BOM)

So for PCB quotation, customer need provide the Gerber files and PCB specifications requirements including:
1、size
2、material
3、thickness
4、layer
5、solder mask/ silkscreen text
6、surface finish
7、copper thickness
8、line width/line space
9、via diameter

And for PCBA quotation, please provide Gerber files, PCB spec and BOM (bill of materials), and if you need  function test, please also provide the test instruction/procedure.
