This UCO filtration system adopts Plate Pressure system can separate the sundry matters and water from the oil quickly, and break the oil emulsification effectively. Then equip with two primaries filter and fine filter, it can remove impurities thoroughly. Next, the machine adopts highly vacuum system to dewater system to dehydrate and deodorize the oil fast. In addition, this machine use stainless steel filter element, it resists the acid in oil strongly. So after the treatment by the machine, the UCO quality will become very good and without such contamination again, which is perfect as raw material to produce biodiesel, or other products like soaps, and so on.
