Equipped with 928TD-L CNC system to realize 1-999 side polygon processing on the CNC lathe; the number of axes controlled by the system is 3 axes; the spindle is controlled by an ordinary frequency converter.

Solution:

GSK928TD-L CNC system only has 3 feed axes, and the spindle is controlled by a common frequency converter, and the Y-axis is used to control the speed of the flying cutter head. According to the ratio of the number of sides of the polygon, the Y-axis follows the change of the spindle speed.
